Purpose of the Position
The Sales Manager will collaborate with the Divisional General Manager Sales to lead high-performing teams and drive effective sales strategies for exceptional results.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Sales or equivalent; Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- 3+ years’ proven experience in FMCG sales.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and smartphone required.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Conduct monthly customer sales reviews with suppliers, clients, and key accounts.
- Complete perfect store and trade scorecards to monitor performance.
- Align customer execution plans with supplier expectations for seamless delivery.
- Plan and load promotional activities and layouts on MacMobile.
- Source and close new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure availability of all "must-stock" lines across store clusters.
- Manage obsolete stock to minimize obsolescence costs.
- Oversee outlet pricing to ensure alignment with agreed deals and discounts.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Lead and motivate Field Marketers and Sales Representatives to drive shelf health, reduce returns, and achieve growth.
