Analytics Clerk
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Analytics clerk ensures to translate sales figures into plain English for reporting to all business stakeholders to be used to assist the company decision making. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A Diploma in Accounting or Finance/AAT Level 3 2 – 3 years’ work experience in a costing role Computer literate – MS Office

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma in Accounting or Finance/AAT Level 3
  • 2 - 3 years’ work experience in a costing role
  • Computer literate – MS Office
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Experience with an Accounting software, preferably Sage 300

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of all daily and weekly reports
  • Preparation of all monthly reports
  • Support the sales team. Generate sales reports & required information
  • Assist with checking and ensuring all reports are accurate
  • Prepare, check and send out Supplier/principle reports
  • Prepare, check and send out Customer reports
  • Prepare, check and send out Internal reports
  • Prepare Service Levels
  • Attend to intermittent requests/queries
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned
